ACTING FOR FILM WITH TOM SHKOLNIK

Workshop at the Actors centre with director Tom Shkolnik. Very lucky for a chance to work with this brilliant and creative film director. We worked on a selection of scenes from Steven Soderbergh's 'Sex, Lies and Videotape'. Through the fusion of many elements including improvisation, animal work, and music. Culminating in inner transformation creating a vibration with the quality of the character.

@ the Royal College of Art with my Piece 'Jane Sadeian' with artists, theatre makers and performers including Cradeaux Alexander and Eldi Hablo.

On set of 'Dining Evolution' a short which will be screened at the ICA and Genesis Cinema in London. A political tale set around a dinner table. An international cast and directed by Myrto Farmaki.

NEW YEAR CREATIVE PROJECTS

I’ve started the new year by injecting some new life in my studio. Recently I joined Stella Vine’s art school and since then have created two projects.
The first one is inspired by the Pandora’s box myth. It’s called ‘A woman’s mind’.
The second is a ‘Toy Theatre’. I built the structure then wrote a short story with my daughter Lily. I made a story board and then filmed two scenes from the script with stop motion. Jake my husband then helped with the editing and made this smashing little clip: (click on the link below to view)
